**Description**
We are looking for an Customer Relationship officer to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

**Role:

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- To Handle 100+ Existing Customer Business.
- Demonstration of Products to Existing/New Customers, Client support.
- Monitoring Revenue & Payment collection.
- Regular Calls to Existing Clients for Business Relation & to increase revenue.
- Cross Sales to existing clients.
- Visit to Existing Clients ( Local and Pan India ).
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Maintaining the traffic of the various services provided.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Understanding of SaaS platforms, technical know will be an added advantage.

**What You will Need to Succeed**
- Proven experience of 4+ years into VAS business. Experience in Telecom enterprise sales would be plus for us.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
- Passion and grit to achieve highly ambitious targets.
- Ability to hustle in a highly dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
- Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Proficiency in CRM software will be a plus.
- To achieve the predefined targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
