**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for recovery and collection of overdue vehicle loan EMIs.
- Visit customers to remind and collect pending dues.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and report collection status to the branch head.
- Coordinate with the credit and accounts department for collection updates.
- Handle customer queries and ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.
- Ensure compliance with company collection and recovery policies.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong field collection and customer handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of finance and recovery processes.
- Familiar with the local area and routes.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in loan collection (vehicle finance preferred).

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
