**What you bring**
- 10+ yrs of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Work with the Execs / Sales team
- Experience in PlanView & Microsoft Dynamics
**What you will be doing**:
- Providing first level of support to end users by handling service requests that come in from users through our ticketing system within Dynamics
- Connect2Us, as well as ad-hoc requests supporting priority business needs.
- Investigating and effectively progressing CRM Support request to the point of satisfactory resolution within agreed SLA timescales.
- Collaborating with Business Stakeholders, super users, and any extended team members to drive resolutions.
- Resolving known issues and providing insights to the user where known solutions have already been documented.
- Ensuring all direct contact with our stakeholders is carried out in a professional and courteous manner
- Supporting and providing feedback for monthly user groups to address common questions and encourage adoption of new capabilities.
- Evaluating our current system provide recommendations in support of continuous improvement in our tools and processes.
- Documenting customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
