Key Responsibilities for Operations In-charge:

Experience Required 3 to 5 Years
- Supervise an Operations Team, drivers and support staff.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring balanced workloads.
- Conduct Weekly team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations during the assigned shift.
- Ensure that all scheduled suppliers, drivers and support staff are present and ready for duty.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards.
- Handle complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Address and resolve any operational issues
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that all cabs are in good working condition.
- Prepare and submit shift reports detailing activities, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of team attendance, performance, and incidents.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Reporting Manager on shift performance, operational issues, and significant incidents.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize analytical skills to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Develop and present reports and analyses to the Reporting Manager to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
