**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of **3** years of experience in sales or marketing is required
- **Primary Skills**: Strong experience in sales of BPO/ITES sector

**Responsibilities**
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Create and update the target database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage leads by fixing appointments with decision-makers, participating in client meetings, and following up on leads
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, including case studies and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with clients for pilot runs of outsourced processes and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal operations team on regular basis for gathering required information

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
