- **Key Responsibilities**:_

1. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of deployed staff, ensuring they are adhering to client requirements and agency policies.

2. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of deployed staff, identifying areas of improvement and providing constructive feedback.

3. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with client requirements, agency policies, and regulatory requirements.

4. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients or deployed staff.

5. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting performance trends, compliance issues, and areas for improvement.

6. Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed.

7. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Requirements**:_

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a monitoring or supervisory role, preferably in an outsourcing agency.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, deployed staff, and management.

4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate performance data and identify areas for improvement.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
