**Job Description** Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Budgeting & forecasting**:
1. Responsible for the complete budgeting & forecasting process.
2. Coordinate necessary input from related stakeholders.
3. Preparation of various analysis (Budget vs. Actual, FC).
4. Reporting of KPI’s incl. variance analysis and commentary.
5. Drill down in various department specific costs to forecast and manage costs accurately.

**Management reporting**:
1. Preparation of defined monthly reports
- Monthly reporting deck, Process level dash boards, vertical level P&L, Top 10 Expense report.
2. Preparation of other management reports.
3. Benchmarking on various cost control parameters. Monitoring the cost control parameters and reporting them to leaders.

**Controlling**:
1. Complete command over controlling activities.
2. Approval of all purchase order in line with budget, accounting, and taxation
requirements
3. Cost allocation
- Determination of allocable cost and keys for allocation,
monthly allocation of overhead costs to business unit/ multiple offices
4. Timely management reporting of billing analyses.
5. Act as a finance validation POC for different projects - Evaluating efficiency
gains, conducting efficiency analysis of different verticals in the company.
6. Business partnering with various functions and help them understand and
achieve cost control & efficiencies.
7. Transformation projects-Cost optimization, Automation, efficiency and
other adhoc projects.
8. Responsible for preparing the cost center / profit center wise revenue
billing details
- Accounting view and Management view
9. Investigate the gaps in billing (Accounting view vs Management view).

**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills with eye for detail
- Prompt and proactive - Should be prompt and proactive on communication and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
- CA, CMA, MBA with 3-4 years of experience in corporate controlling & reporting, domain preferably of an MNC in service sector.
- Good command over MS excels, word, power-point.
- Ability to prioritize work and excellent in time management
- Ability to work with SOPs
- Ability to work with different teams
