**Job Description**:
As a Junior Project Controller you will report to the Head of India Finance and be a member of the Global l Finance team in Avaloq. You are an important member of our Project Controlling team of Avaloq to set up project controlling standards across all markets for Avaloq client projects.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain project controlling standards across all markets.
- Set up and maintain monthly project delivery KPI dashboards including the following:

- Development of Revenue and Gross Profit
- Productive Utilization and Chargeability of all Project Delivery Units
- Development of External Spend, average daily rates and external supply ratios
- Reporting on project sourcing mix.
- Set up and maintain of standards related to project forecasting in SAP BI. Prepare deviation analysis between EAC and lifecycle budget.
- Support project controller in Month End Closing process.
- Support Head of Project Delivery Controlling in ad-hoc requests

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Controlling

**Professional Experience & Skills**:

- 1-2 years’ working experience with experience in a similar position with increasing responsibilities preferred
- Sound knowhow in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Proven experience working in a multi-national matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
- High integrity and motivation to deliver against tight deadlines
- Strong control and governance mindset
- SAP user experience preferred (esp. FI, CO, MM)
- Highly proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Good written and spoken English
- Self-starter and self-motivated
