**Job Profile**:
As a **Sales Executive** in the pharma industry, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities with field staff, maintaining inventory and stock statements, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups. Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP, is crucial for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with field sales staff to track daily sales activities and performance.
- Maintain accurate stock statements and inventory records.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from clients.
- Generate sales reports and analysis using advanced Excel features such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other formulas.
- Work closely with the finance and inventory management teams to streamline processes and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Key Skills**:

- **Advanced Excel Proficiency**: Ability to work with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and other advanced Excel functionalities.
- **Sales Coordination**: Experience in coordinating with field staff and handling sales operations.
- **Inventory Management**: Knowledge of stock maintenance and inventory control.
- **Payment Follow-up**: Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and ensure timely payments.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the pharma industry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
