**Job Title**: Executive Assistant

**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**About the Role**: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated

**female Executive Assistant** to support senior leadership with various responsibilities, including office tasks, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. This role is ideal for someone confident, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally, with the ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and extended stays out of town as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**: - **Meeting Coordination**: Assist with scheduling, preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
- **Office Management**: Handle administrative tasks, document management, and communication to support daily operations.

**Travel Arrangements**: Organize comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations for the executive team, including extended outstation stays if required.
- **Professional Demeanor**: Maintain a polished, professional presence in all interactions with clients, partners, and team members.

**Requirements**: - **Bold and Smart**: Must be able to handle challenging situations with confidence and resourcefulness.

**Driven to Grow**: A strong desire to advance within the organization and take on greater responsibilities. - **Flexible and Committed:
**Available for extended outstation stays and flexible scheduling as per the requirements.

**Qualifications**: - Prior experience in an executive support role preferred. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Work Location: In person
