We are your_ - one-stop-shop for healthier high-quality ingredients and products that amplif_ **The roles and responsibilities of the person include**: - Plan Strategies to grow the awareness and acceptance of Zama Products in the Retail and Horeca market. Prepare Sales reports around the same. - Travelling across Mumbai to list our products across A+ Retail Stores and HoReCa clients either directly or through distributors. - Relay Market feedback with Sales Team and be a part of strategizing the go to market strategy (channels, comp pricing, packaging, overall value proposition to clients, timing etc) for new products. - Foster and Maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, partners to effectively service their needs - Co-ordinate with internal teams (quality, operations etc) to ensure high service levels to clients and smooth operations. **Requirements**: - Ability to communicate in Hindi, Marathi and English. - Detail and Results oriented - Punctual, Dependable and Enterprising - Fresher who wants to make their career in FMCG Retail or Distribution / Hospitality sector are welcome. - Good negotiation skills - Good understanding/knowledge of Mumbai region. - Basic understanding or knowledge of A+ retail stores or Horeca companies will add an advantage. **Qualification**: Min Graduate. **Salary**: CTC upto 3lpa fixed + incentives + travelling + Mobile recharge Simcard will be provided by the company. **Notice Period**: **Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - one year (preferred) **Language**: - Marathi (preferred)
