**Reservation Executive Job Description**

We are looking for detail-oriented Reservation Executive to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking rooms and tickets.

To be successful as a Reservation Agent you must be able to work with mínimal supervision and have excellent customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge of deals and savings available to customers.

**Job Brief**
- Managing reservations and booking requests from customers.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.

**Responsibilities**
- Confirming reservations and sending confirmation details to customers.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.
- Managing cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer information.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proven **2 **experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reservation management software and tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
