About the Role:
We are looking for a driven AV Sales Executive with proven experience in Audio-Visual solution sales. You’ll be responsible for identifying leads, closing deals, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored AV solutions for clients across corporate, education, government, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute AV sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely deal closures.
- Understand AV product offerings (VC systems, LED/LCD video walls, PA systems, control systems, projection, etc.).
- Collaborate with presales and design teams to create custom proposals and solution presentations.
- Engage with key stakeholders in client organizations—IT heads, procurement, CXOs.
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and follow through on negotiation and contracting.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of proven sales experience in the AV/IT/ELV industry.
- Strong understanding of AV technology, brands, and integration methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong client relationship and account management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
