**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling & Lead Handling**:

- Make daily outbound calls to potential and existing leads.
- Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and collect relevant details.
- Follow call scripts and maintain a professional tone.
- **CRM Management (Zoho)**:

- Update and maintain lead data accurately in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure follow-up statuses, lead stages, and comments are regularly updated.
- Coordinate with the sales team by passing qualified leads in real-time.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Fix video shoot appointments with customers for testimonial and product demo shoots.
- Coordinate timings between customers and in-house videographer.
- Ensure reminders are sent and confirmations received.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain a daily call log and share status reports with the sales and marketing teams.
- Track video shoot appointments and completion status.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or CRM handling.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and regional language(s).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to multitask and handle coordination with internal teams and external clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
