**Position: Sales Executive (Gifting Expert)**

**Location: Jorhat Airport**

**Type: Part-time (4 hours per day)**

We are excited to launch a new tea store at Jorhat Airport, offering a curated selection of high-quality teas. We aim to provide customers with an exceptional gifting experience, and our Gifting Expert would be pivotal in achieving this goal. Join us in this dynamic environment, & help customers to find the perfect tea gifts, making our store a go-to destination for thoughtful and memorable souvenirs.

**Role Overview**:
The Gifting Expert will be a dedicated in-store representative for our exclusive gifting products. You’ll be the face of our gifting segment, building trust and confidence with customers by providing expert guidance and tailored recommendations. This position is ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic, personable, and excited to create a memorable customer experience in a high-traffic airport setting.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**1. Freshers Welcome**: Previous experience is not required, though prior customer service or sales experience is an advantage.

**2. Interpersonal Skills**: Strong communication and listening skills, with an ability to make customers feel valued and understood.

**3. Outgoing & Enthusiastic**: Naturally outgoing and positive, with a passion for helping customers find the perfect gift.

**4. Confidence & Poise**: Ability to speak confidently about products, answer questions, and build rapport with a diverse customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales & Upselling**: Confidently promote and upsell our gifting products, contributing to sales targets through knowledgeable and persuasive interactions.

**2. Customer Engagement**: Proactively greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming and informative environment where customers feel confident in their gifting choices.

**3. Product Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our gifting options, including tea selections, gift boxes, and customizable packages.

**4. Guided Recommendations**: Act as a gifting advisor, offering personalized suggestions that align with customers’ needs, whether for personal gifts, corporate gifting, or special occasions.

**5. Store Presentation**: Ensure the gifting product section is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked. Arrange displays attractively to draw customer attention to featured items.

**6. Brand Representation**: Uphold the company’s brand standards, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality and service.

**7. Feedback Collection**: Listen to customer feedback regarding their gifting experience and share insights with the team to continuously improve our offerings.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
