**Position
- Assistant Manager (planning)**
**Location
- 349, Udyog vihar, phase 2, udyog vihar, gurgram.**

**Role & Responsibility**:

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve inventory productivity and support category growth.
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet sales and profitability targets, minimizing excess stock and stockouts.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to create actionable insights for assortment planning, inventory management, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor and report such as sell-through rates, stock turn ratio, margin, and open-to-buy(OTB).
- Develop and manage merchandise plans, including sales, inventory, markdowns, and margin for assigned categories.
- Conduct post-season analysis to evaluate performance and recommend strategies for future seasons.
- Adjust forecasts and plans based on current sales trends, market conditions, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with buying, allocation, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of inventory levels with demand forecasts and budget targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in regular meetings to review business performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and refine merchandise strategies.
- Support pricing and markdown strategies by analyzing data and recommending adjustments to maximize sales and profitability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
