PPC Supervisor

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Must ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
- Provide continual evaluation of the group’s processes and methods, to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Provide day to day supervision of employee job execution, to include; training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
- Plan and manage all materials required for production.
- Prepare shop floor schedules in relation to master schedule. Ensure that company BIB goals are achieved.
- Prepare job paperwork to ensure the correct parts are processed promptly.
- Liaise with plant, purchaser and materials supervisor to ensure material availability for production.
- React to Master Schedule changes that may arise from time to time to ensure BIB integrities are not compromised.
- Prepare daily production status for management information.
- Monitor and screen production output and rectify any discrepancies, if necessary.
- Coordinate with Production Department, Stores and QC on daily issue of parts to assembly.
- Expedite critical parts to achieve production goal.
- Maintain minimum surplus/obsolete inventory of produced items.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
**_Repair Department Responsibilities: _**
- Supervise the routine of all functions within the Planning, Customer Support, and Scheduling roles in order to ensure proper completion of ongoing projects.
- Provide support to his subordinates on issues and business problems as required.
- Implement Lessons Learned in standard procedures applicable to processes and services.
- Identify potential opportunities for improvement within the applicable systems and work with relevant departments.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within planned costs.
- Pursue continuous improvement in its own activities and operations.

- Communicate with Department Scheduler to achieve goals.
- Review Schedule to ensure expected delivery dates are not compromised.
- Share status updates with management as needed.
- Monitor and screen production output and rectify any discrepancies, if necessary.
- Review/approve Employee timecards; Review OT.
- Review customer quotes.
- Review quality plan and scope of work prior to sending to customer.
Comply with all NOV Company policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System, HSE, as well as all other Corporate guidelines.
