We are a top cement company and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Representative** to join our team, focusing on closing bulk order sales with contractors. This role requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, and a proven track record in B2B sales or relevant fields.

**Salary**: 18 - 21k in hand + Incentives + PF

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in B2B sales, credit cards, loans, or insurance.
- **Skills**: Strong convincing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close high-value deals.
- **Language**:Basic English and Hindi
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or HSC

Key Responsibilities:

- **Identify and Prospect**: Target contractors and construction companies for bulk material orders.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Develop long-term relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and procurement teams to understand their needs.
- **Sales Presentations**: Showcase products and solutions that meet contractors’ specific needs.
- **Negotiate and Close Sales**: Manage negotiation, contract signing, and closing high-volume deals.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and pricing to effectively position products and services.
- **Customer Retention**: Follow up with contractors post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction, manage repeat orders, and build long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and sales targets in CRM systems.
