**Responsibilities**:
- **Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities**: This might involve cold calling, networking, attending industry events, or following up on marketing-generated leads.
- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients**: Understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges is key.
- **Deliver compelling sales presentations**: Effectively communicating the value proposition of the product or service.
- **Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts**: Securing deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
- **Close deals and guide clients through the purchasing process**: Addressing concerns and overcoming objections.
- **Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) data**: Keeping accurate records of interactions and progress.
- **Set and achieve sales targets**: This could be daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals.
- **Analyze sales data and identify trends**: Helping to improve sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- **Participate in sales meetings and training sessions**: Staying up-to-date on industry trends and company initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 1 Year of experience in sales (depending on the company)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-oriented and driven to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar productivity software)
- Knowledge of CRM software a plus
