We seek a results-driven and strategic **Sales & Marketing professional** with experience in **product marketing** within the **construction or building materials** industry, particularly **cement precast products**. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product positioning, generating leads, driving sales, and building strong client relationships to ensure revenue growth and market expansion.

**Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new infrastructure, construction, and real estate business opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, government agencies, and procurement teams.
- Negotiated pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on targets, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for cement precast products, including manholes, culverts, pipes, barriers, girders, etc.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and gaps in the market.
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, product datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, industry conferences, and customer engagement events.
- Provide product training and technical support to sales teams and clients.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in sales and/or product marketing within the **construction, precast concrete, or building materials** industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and marketing software.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
