**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement of Packing Materials**:

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for packing materials.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials based on production schedules and inventory levels.
- **Supplier Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Track and maintain inventory levels for packing materials.
- Generate reports to identify overstock or shortages and ensure efficient stock utilization.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for cost savings in procurement processes.
- Conduct periodic market analysis to stay updated on price trends.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Use Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and forecast future needs.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address procurement concerns.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or packaging materials.
- **Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel**, including functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
