**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of retail outlet projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met within the defined timeline and budget.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and services necessary for project implementation.
- Utilize basic knowledge in interior fitouts to contribute to the design and layout aspects of retail outlet projects.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project managers in risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and change management processes.
- Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, permits, and correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail or construction industry. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as required by project demands.
- Basic knowledge in interior fitouts, including understanding of design principles, materials, and space optimization.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction environments is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
