Project Executive

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.**
**Should have File Management knowledge in Manual / Electronic / Google Drive / Google Sheets**
Should be well acquainted with computer software like AutoCAD
Should have knowledge in designing, photo shop, video making with AI
Should have knowledge in liaison with vendor / officials / Govt offices like Registrar Office, Taluk Office, Corporation, CMDA etc.
Co-ordination with site engineers collating site details and save with google drive folder
Excellent interpersonal skills / Ability to work with all levels in the organization
Should have knowledge in taking Xerox, scanning, system filing etc.
Updates and maintains own expertise, shares this with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
**Strong verbal and written communication skills.**
**Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.**
**Analytical mindset with attention to detail.**
People with Site Execution experience in Premium projects are preferred
Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule.
Must have own 2 wheeler and a valid license for site travel.
