Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as Injection Moulding, forming, stamping, welding, joining, sealing and other ma nufacturing technologies to create structural parts & assemblies Good understanding of requirements for highly design sensitive A surface parts.

Responsibilities: Prepare governance plan & lead project technical reviews. Provide technical solutions that meet given requirements & Specifications, e.g Performance, Man ufacturability, Standardization to deliver attributes like Durability, Aero, Thermal, Service, Cost and quality.

Investigate and Sign-off Technical Proposals & Engineering change request. Demonstrate Technical skills by resolving or providing solutions related to Package, Manufacturing process, Materials, Features, Test Procedures and Tooling. Provide technical support interface in Vendor and supplier meetings. Awareness of future engineering trends and developments to architect solution elements. Follow recent p rocess, design inventions and update Design Specifications, DFMEAs, DVPs.

Participate and Lead business development activities - Support sales enablement, work with sales practitioner, and communicate capabilities, offerings, and client references.

Major Deliverables: Monthly Plan & Actions on Project Governance Dashboard. Monthly status on Engineering design Standards (EDS) Upd ates & Follow-up. Sign off documents such as EDS, DFMEA, Lesson Learned, RFQ, ESOW, Innovation documents. Lead Innovation. Domain / Components: Lids: Bonnet, Tailgate, Fender, Charge Bowl, Roof Rails
