**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the PVC pipes and fittings market.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, plumbers, and distributors.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of PVC pipes and fittings to educate customers and assist in their decision-making process.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, detailing progress and challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and promotions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plumbing or construction industry, with a focus on PVC products.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
