Documentation Executive - Female
(freshers are also welcomed, priority will be given to those who have atleasttheoreticalknowledge of Export-Import):
Location - Ahmedabad

1. Prepare all sorts of pre-shipment documentation as per the overseas client's order (CAD/ Advcance payment/ Letter of credit) for Custom clearance
2. To get the best freight rates from shipping lines
3. Prepare docs for Freight forwarder
4. Update the overseas with the current position
5. Prepare documents for Bank, client, and other government offices to submit
6. Issuance of different certificates from different government office called Certificate of Origin and likewise
7. Must have MS office knowledge
8. Follow-up with Bank for post payment receipt documentation

9. Follow-up with custom house agent for custom clearance of the shipment

**Salary**: ₹9,561.63 - ₹30,143.20 per month

- Ahmedabad - 380002, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
