**Job** **Title**: Customer Support & Data Entry Executive

**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly individual to join our growing team at **Starcap Wellness Private Limited**. In this hybrid role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, accurate data handling, and top-notch support. **Key Responsibilities**
- Handle order-related concerns, returns, replacements, and basic product information.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems (orders, customer info, logs).
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Track support metrics like response times, issue resolution, and customer feedback.
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up as needed for unresolved cases.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and recurring issues.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in customer support, backend operations, or data entry.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- A customer-first attitude with empathy, patience, and ownership.
- Prior experience in a D2C, FMCG, or wellness brand is a plus.

**Preferred Profile**
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
