**Responsibilities**
- Cultivate partnerships with relevant organizations to amplify event visibility.
- Devise and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to boost event exposure.
- Streamline the registration process for a seamless participant experience.
- Generate compelling content and materials for effective promotional campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate logístical aspects of the event, ensuring smooth operations.
- Foster communication and synergy between the event and external partners.
- Manage on-site logistics during the event
- Address participant inquiries and facilitate registrations through various channels.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
- Passionate about leadership development, experiential learning, and community building.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
