Experience: 1-3 years of Experience in Online and Offline Event Management

**Salary**: 25k to 30k per month

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Play a key role in creating, organizing, managing and executing events on tech-related topics.
- Research and build new ideas that drive the event towards the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Organize end-to-end online (webinars, panel discussions, interviews) and offline events.
- Identify the client’s requirements and generate topic-oriented leads for every event and fulfill the expectation of the client.
- Manage all digital campaigns from optimization to performance analysis focused on delivering leads for business.
- Ability to drive marketing programs and drive target
- or region-focused audience.
- Work with internal teams and create events that convey the company’s perspectives in a well-structured manner.
- Coordinate with external sources such as influencers, vendors, agencies, collaborators and industry talents to execute the event effectively.
- Maintain budget across events.
- Develop post-event wrap-up reports.
- Categorize and analyse campaigns and document success stories for future uses.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,767.23 per month
