As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team's initiatives and contributing to the organization's overall marketing objectives. This entry-level position is designed to provide you with practical experience and exposure to various marketing activities. You will work closely with team members to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and assist in implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various marketing materials, such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and press releases.
- Support the organization and coordination of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Assist in managing and updating the organization's website, social media platforms, and other digital marketing channels.
- Engage with customers and prospects through social media interactions, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive brand experiences.
- Help maintain and organize the marketing materials, including digital assets, presentations, and collateral.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment of marketing activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling routine correspondence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Relevant internships or coursework in marketing is a plus.
- Passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to collective goals.
- Creativity and the ability to think critically to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to work assignments.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
