Position Summary:
As a Junior Marketing Associate , you will play a vital role in assisting the marketing team with various digital marketing, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing, data-driven strategies, and eager to contribute to building and growing The Golden Rise's brand presence. You will help develop and implement marketing campaigns, assist in content development, and support various marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
  Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email marketing, PPC, SEO, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Content Creation:
  Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the website to maintain an active online presence and support marketing campaigns.

• Market Research:
  Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to enhance marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

• SEO & Website Optimization:
  Assist in managing SEO strategies for the website and content, ensuring that all online materials are optimized for search engines and driving organic traffic.

• Social Media Management:
  Support the management and growth of The Golden Rise's social media presence by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.

• Email Marketing:
  Help design and execute email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation to campaign execution and performance tracking.

• Brand Monitoring & Reporting:
  Monitor brand performance across various platforms, track key marketing metrics, and assist in reporting on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure the successful execution of cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, SEO tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.
  • Creativity and ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing strategies.
