Description

We are looking for a qualified investor services administrator to be the backend support for our fundraising team and help us achieve our investment goals with a constant flow of leads. You will serve as a point of contact for our investors with queries about their investments, and company performance periodically, thereby being the face of the fundraising team.

Responsibilities post the fundraising team has acquired investors
- Proactively work towards building an investor database and supporting the fundraising activity
- Organize the investor database on an ongoing basis
- Follow-up with clients (occasional)
- Onboarding & Welcoming of investors
- KYC virtual and other necessary documentation
- Be the custodian for the file naming and folder structuring for the department
- Check for data accuracy and update investor details by obtaining missing information
- Communicate independently with stakeholders internal and external for all matters related to the department
- Stay up-to-date with upcoming webinars/ conferences/ speaker opportunities in and around the Venture Capital/ Family Office/ Renewable ecosystem

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support/ service agent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills & follow-up skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication and passion
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Someone who can work with less supervision

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
