- Prepares service report by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Answers queries by clarifying desired information, researching, locating and providing resolution.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the services in a professional manner.
- Analyze customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and work towards timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Adhere to call scripts, guidelines, and protocols provided by the company to maintain consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to resolve complex issues or escalate problems as needed.

**Qualification**
- Any Graduate
- Need to have good convincing skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Flexible to work under rotational shift.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- A self-motivated individual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
