**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Delivery**:
- Create detailed, engaging, and informative training materials such as presentations, guides, and exercises.
- Lead live workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions to provide practical knowledge to learners.
- **Curriculum Development**:
- Collaborate with the training team to design and update digital marketing curriculum that aligns with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and relevant to the latest tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:
- Evaluate students' performance through assignments, tests, and practical exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to help students improve their digital marketing skills.
- **Student Support**:
- Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to students, addressing their queries and concerns related to course material and digital marketing practices.
- Encourage student engagement and foster a positive learning environment.
- **Industry Insights & Trends**:
- Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in digital marketing, including algorithm updates, new tools, and platform changes.
- Share insights from personal experience and industry knowledge to make training sessions more practical and relatable.
- **Collaborative Work**:
- Work closely with the management team to evaluate training outcomes and make continuous improvements to the training process.
- Participate in the promotion and marketing of digital marketing courses and workshops to attract new learners.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- **Teaching Skills**: Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training in digital marketing, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and confidently.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and provide insights from marketing campaigns and activities.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt teaching styles to different learning needs, including individual learners, groups, and corporate clients.
- **Certifications**: Digital marketing certifications (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, or similar) are preferred.
**Preferred Skills**:
- **Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools**: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo is a plus.
- **Video Content Creation**: Ability to create video tutorials or lessons on digital marketing topics.
- **Experience in Corporate Training**: Experience delivering corporate training and workshops in a business environment is an added advantage.
**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing are highly preferred (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
