We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Sales Associate to support our growing operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service**:

- Welcome and assist customers in the store with professionalism and warmth, representing the Dyulokha brand ethos.
- Guide customers through our collections, assisting with product selection, styling tips, and fit guidance.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Share product knowledge, fabric details, and brand stories to create a compelling shopping experience.
- Build relationships with repeat customers and understand their preferences to provide personalized service.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and minor customer complaints in a prompt and respectful manner.

**Merchandising & Inventory**:

- Receive and inspect incoming stock — unpack, verify, and sort items as per delivery notes.
- Tag and barcode new merchandise using brand-standard systems and tools.
- Ensure garments are steamed, prepped, and displayed neatly on racks or shelves.
- Organize and maintain the back-end stockroom for easy access and accuracy.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree or diploma in fashion, merchandising, or retail management is a plus.
- Prior retail or wholesale experience in apparel, fashion, or lifestyle segments preferred.
- Familiarity with tagging/barcoding tools.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle merchandise movement.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Enthusiastic, dependable, and a team player with a customer-first mindset.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended store hours during peak seasons, exhibitions, or events.
- Keen interest in Indian fashion, têxtiles, or design is a plus.
- Willingness to support both backend operations.
