- **Recipe Development**:

- Design, test, and prepare new dishes that align with the restaurant’s vision and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create unique and appealing recipes for new menu items.
- Conduct flavor testing, ingredient analysis, and final recipe documentation
- **Recipe Finalization**:

- Perfect and finalize recipes for new menu items, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality.
- Standardize recipes with clear instructions to allow accurate replication by kitchen staff.
- **Recipe Optimization**:

- Evaluate and refine existing recipes based on feedback from customers and team members.
- Adjust and enhance ingredients or techniques to improve flavor, texture, and presentation.
- Ensure all recipes adhere to food safety standards and nutritional guidelines.
- **Ingredient Management**:

- Source, test, and evaluate new ingredients that can be incorporated into existing and new recipes.
- Maintain a record of all recipe ingredients and their quantities, ensuring quality and portion control.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Conduct regular quality checks on final dishes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration & Training**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to introduce new dishes and provide training on recipe preparation and presentation.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with purchasing and inventory teams to manage ingredient sourcing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
