***We are looking for an incredible "salesforce administrator" to join our team in India. You will play a critical role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our Salesforce environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce administration, extensive experience with Salesforce flows, and a passion for leveraging Salesforce as a strategic tool for our organization.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, security, and data management.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce flows to automate business processes and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing flows for performance and efficiency.
- Experience in migrating existing process builder to Flow.
- Follow the internal guidelines and architecture best practices to build and update the flows.
- Work on integrating Salesforce with other systems and tools
- Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and industry trends
- Ensure Salesforce compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes

**Experience Required**
- Must have minimum of 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end salesforce implementation
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Flow certifications preferred.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce flows, process automation, and configuration.
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
