**Positions we have:

**EXPERIENCE:

Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance a. Carryout Quality checks that the implementation of correct construction practices for all structural works are in compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, Drawings, Specifications.

b. Carry out post concrete audits and raise NCRs, classifying them into major or minor and monitor their closure.

c. Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the equipment is within calibration prior to use.
d. Ensure that all arrangements are in place before starting of concrete from quality perspective.
e. Update L2 on the performance of the plasticizers and mineral admixtures, for different concrete mix designs for cost optimisations and performance.
f. Update L2 on the performance of waterproofing systems whenever new systems are introduced.
g. Assist project QE Manager in preparing the monthly quality reports.

2. Quality Control a. Carryout Quality Control Inspections at defined stage as per approved ITPs, Drawings, Specifications for all structural works.
b. Carryout Inspections of all materials delivered at site as well as inspections at vendors / suppliers premises and compliance with standard specifications.
c. Carryout inspections for formwork, concrete pre -concrete checks, including checking the xyz coordinates, levels, plumb, and Compliances with specifications for shuttering and reinforcement works.

d. Check the reinforcement w r t the latest VFC, shall carryout random sample checks for correctness of BBS as per the reference drawings.
e. Verification of the fresh concrete quality (randomly) such as concrete slump, cohesiveness, retention time, concrete mix batching sheets against the approved design mix at the time concrete pouring.
f. Raising NCRs (post concrete activities, waterproofing, masonry, gypsum, plaster) to the contractors for non conformity at site, coming up with root causes and taking corrective actions.
g. Verification of concrete quantity (concrete yield) from design mix specs, and cube density. h. Prepare the Quality Records, filling the checklists and their approval as necessary and ensure they are up-to-date.
3. Outsourcing a. Random Check at 3rd party approved labs, where the samples have been sent for testing.
b. Liaison with Contractors to ensure the implementation of good construction practices at site

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
