**Requirements -**
- Taking notes while listening to patient-provider conversations (live or recorded) and documenting them in the electronic health records system
- Present patient’s history, lab results, and radiology findings to the attending physician during patient encounters, if needed
- Learning about the medical process and using a team approach in patient supervision and documentation
- See patients with physicians and perform real-time, thorough medical charting consisting of history of present illness (HPI), review of systems (ROS), physical exam, and assessment and plan into the EHR
- Document patient visits including clinical findings, differential diagnoses, and assessments.
- Record orders for labs and imaging studies through the EHR as directed by the Physician
- Completing all administrative tasks efficiently and helping the Physician with test orders and medication prescriptions.
- Maintain quality standards and adhere to provider preferences while creating notes

Education: All graduates from Medical, Life sciences, Nursing, Dentistry, Bioscience, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Microbiology, and Biotechnology field can apply.

Knowledge and skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Proficient in Human anatomy and Medical terminologies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively

**Mandate Requirement**

Work experience**:1-2 years of experience in Medical Scribing is must**

**Job location - Delhi Office no remote working**
