Key Responsibilities: - Accurately transcribe patient records and medical data. - Assist in creating comprehensive medical reports and documentation. - Ensure that records comply with relevant standards and regulations. Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience as a medical scribe or in medical transcription. - Strong knowledge of medical terminology. - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
