Outbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients across global markets using various tools, databases, and platforms. initiate conversations and qualify leads. - Product Pitching: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of all products, tailoring the pitch to align with client needs. - Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate details of leads, prospects, and sales activities. - Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and refine outreach campaigns. - Global Sales Focus: Adapt sales strategies to suit different regions and cultures, ensuring alignment with global business goals. - Meet Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs for outbound sales. - Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customers to take informed decisions. Qualifications and Skills: - Experience: 1-3 years in outbound sales, or business development, preferably in a global market. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Navigator. - Self-Starter: Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze client needs and market trends to adapt sales strategies effectively. - Global Perspective: Cultural sensitivity and understanding of global business practices. - Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
