**Job Description**:
- Inside Sales Coordinator is to manage co-ordination locally and globally i.e.
- Locally - between Sales Team, Representatives, Resellers, Authorised distributors, end-users, Application, Service & backend logistics support team for Medical Devices & LWH product lines.
- Arranging and sending updated Technical information on the product lines
- Learning the products, features & benefits and provide Training to the sales team, Representatives, Authorised distributors, internal support team i.e. service & appln,..
- Exploring effective sales strategies and set the monthly sales targets and execution plans
- Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies
- Analysing performance of the sales team & develop new business & markets.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer/distributors relations and understanding.
- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports on periodical manner.
- Addressing any customer queries and complaints and assigning to right channels.
- Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database
- Recording sales calls, demos, appln visit, prove outs and meetings for presenting the updates and reports to Mgmt. and for future reference& records.
- Should be able to search and identify the events to participate / explore for promotion and also co-ordinate on Event management for the Medical Devices & LWH like participation in exhibitions, demo units for display, resourcing local vendors, managing contractual vendors for different locations of events.
- Co-ordinate with marketing for various media coverage including identifying media, advertising agencies, vendors, and other services to help marketing
- Co-ordinate with marketing for creative development of promotional materials, content creation, advertisements, and other marketing related projects
- Co-ordinate with marketing in digital marketing activities of the organization and run optimized and ROI driven campaigns on Google.
- To support sales team with Product presentations to customers and other promotional activities for medical devices & LWH.
- Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner
- Follow-up with customers for post services feedback.
