Job Title: Project & Business Coordination Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive professional who can multitask across project coordination, inter-department communication, reporting, business development outreach, and marketing activities including ATL & BTL. The ideal candidate should be confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end project activities and ensure smooth execution across departments.
  • Prepare daily/weekly project reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with partners, clients, and stakeholders for business development purposes.
  • Support marketing initiatives including ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) activities and event coordination.
  • Assist in planning and executing project activities, meetings, and presentations.
  • Maintain updated project records, communication logs, and stakeholder databases.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Good report-making, documentation, and MS Office/Google Workspace skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing (ATL/BTL) and business development activities.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as with teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, BD support, or marketing roles.
  • Experience in stakeholder management or event coordination is a bonus.
