**Job Title: Marketing Intern - Content & Affiliate Network Manager (Remote)**

Our mission is to build and scale these ventures, providing them with the resources and strategic support needed to succeed. We are looking for a talented and motivated marketing intern to help lead the creation and distribution of content, as well as manage our affiliate network for our portfolio of ventures.

As a Marketing Intern, you will take charge of developing, curating, and distributing engaging content that boosts the visibility and brand presence of each of our ventures. You will also play a critical role in building and managing our affiliate network. You will work closely with our CEO (Princeton, UCLA MBA, Deloitte Consulting) and business teams to align content strategies with each venture’s goals, driving growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media, showcasing each venture's unique value propositions and competitive differentiators.
- **Affiliate Network Management**: Help build and maintain relationships with affiliates, providing marketing materials and support to promote our ventures effectively.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with leadership and business teams to develop content strategies that increase brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving online visibility.
- **Performance Tracking**: Use analytics tools to measure content performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to improve results.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication across multiple ventures.
- **Research & Innovation**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content formats to keep our ventures' content relevant and innovative.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role (internship experience is a plus).
- **Skills**:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and experience with tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Zoho).
- Understanding of social media strategies and content distribution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects for different ventures simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to measure and improve content performance.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with startups or fast-growing ventures.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is preferred but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
