**WisewayTec** is a leading provider of innovative blockchain solutions, dedicated to driving digital transformation through decentralized technologies. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support our growing team in managing blockchain projects effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring blockchain projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing teams, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure adherence to project goals.
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and bottlenecks to maintain smooth project flow.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to align project expectations and deliverables.
- Support in managing project resources and ensuring tasks are distributed efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends and technologies to contribute to project strategy.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in blockchain services.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as **JIRA, Asana, Trello**, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Certification in **Agile, Scrum,** or **Project Management (PMP/Prince2)** is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Blockchain: 1 year (preferred)
