
Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:Auto-Indenting & Inventory Coordination**
- Generate daily auto-indents in coordination with kitchen usage data.
- Track stock levels and raise indents based on consumption and par levels.
- Ensure accurate item mapping, units, and category classification in software.
- Follow up with Purchase/Store for indent processing and delivery timelines.
**Accounting Support**
- Record indent entries and related transactions in Tally ERP.
- Assist with invoice matching, ledger entries, and voucher posting.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready files.
- Support in generating periodic reports (indent summaries, usage reports, variance reports).
**Department Coordination**
- Liaise between Kitchen and Accounts for real-time updates on stock usage and requirements.
- Communicate with the Store and Purchase departments for follow-ups.
- Resolve data discrepancies and support smooth workflow between teams.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
