**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Legal Intern to assist our legal team in managing disputes and contract-related matters. This role is ideal for fresh LLB graduates or final-year law students eager to gain hands-on experience in dispute resolution, legal research, and contract review. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world cases, contribute to dispute strategies, and support the team in ensuring compliance with legal standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing disputes by conducting legal research and drafting case summaries.
- Support the preparation of documentation for ongoing disputes, including drafting responses, notices, and rejoinders.
- Maintain a repository of dispute-related documents and help track deadlines for filings and responses.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing various contracts, such as commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and client agreements.
- Research case laws, regulations, and best practices related to dispute resolution and prepare concise reports.

**Requirements**:

- LLB degree (fresh graduate or final-year law student).
- Interest in dispute resolution, arbitration, and contracts.
- Basic understanding of Indian laws related to disputes, contracts, and arbitration.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a law school and in the 2nd Year of the 3-year law course or the 3rd or 4th year of the 5-year law course.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Compensation**:
You will be paid a stipend of INR 25,000 per month.
