**About Legal Team**

At Ninjacart, legal integrity and protection are paramount. As part of the legal team, we serve as the guardians of Ninjacart's legal interests and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks. We represent the legal voice of Ninjacart, collaborating closely with all departments including Supply Chain, Category, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and others, to uphold legal compliance and mitigate risks throughout the company's operations. We are committed to doubling down on our efforts to safeguard Ninjacart's legal standing and amplify its successes. We are currently seeking a Legal - Intern to join our team and further advance our mission of delivering exceptional legal support.

**Location: Bangalore**

**Responsibilities**
- Assisting the Legal team in Contract Drafting
- Legal Documentation
- Assisting on other Legal matters as and when required
- Legal vetting and drafting of ecommerce, lending and trade contracts.
- Legal research on regulatory issues
- Litigation support
- Internal stakeholder management and book keeping
