**Job description**

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced RCM Executive to handle medical billing, AR follow-up, denials management, payment posting, and patient collections. The role ensures smooth revenue cycle operations and timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance eligibility & benefits

Charge entry, chart posting & claims submission

AR follow-up & resolving unpaid claims

Manage denials, rejections & appeals

Payment posting & reconciliation

Send patient statements & handle collections

Ensure HIPAA compliance & maintain records

**Requirements**:
Experience: 1-5 years in RCM, Medical Billing, or Healthcare BPO

Skills: US healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, insurance claims

Software: eClinicalWorks, Kareo, NextGen, Athena (or similar)

Communication: Strong English skills (verbal & written)

Shift: Comfortable working night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM IST)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Revenue Cycle Managemen: 2 years (preferred)
- wound care billing: 2 years (preferred)
- Claim Submission & denial Management: 2 years (preferred)
- Proficiency in Tebra (Kareo), eClinicalWorks (eCW): 2 years (preferred)
- PointClickCare (PCC): 2 years (preferred)
