**Material Controller and Delivery Planner**
**Department : Project Management & Product Build (BP49340)**

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. The purpose of Material Controller and Delivery Planner is to engage with the suppliers for Material Planning and Logistics arrangement for vehicle builds

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Establish contact with the suppliers for Material Planning and Logistics arrangement for vehicle build.
Manage supplier delivery concerns by effectively communicating with suppliers. Ensure on time delivery and part supply to build line.
Follow up and expedites materials for build.
Provide root cause analysis with solution for supplier issues.
Plan and follow up weekly Overseas & Local materials delivery schedule per inventory requirements.
Monitor logistics service to control incoming material dispatch until arrival at build site
Monitor and effectively plan MRP in coordination with Buyer and Fleet Management team.

**Minimum qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields
Competencies: Solid analytical skills and basic problem solving skill, Experience in Logistics and material Planning processes, Understand ERP and MRP concept.
Good Customer Focus.
Needs to be strong in problem solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Fluent in English mandatory
